Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Helix Premium Parts are genuine OEM parts backed by the full manufacturer warranty. Baldwin filters are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product when used in the application for which they were designed.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accident, modification, or use in an application for which the product was not designed. Normal wear and products that have reached the end of their service life are also excluded.
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email support@helixpremiumparts.com with your order number, the product in question, and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
